The Rules Empty The Rules

Where is the rules? Exactly? Also the information on each group and their meanings and beliefs. Also the posting rules? I know this just started but these really need to be in place to allow other users to know what is expected behaviour.

There Are Rules. Don't you see them??? Maybe you just skipped them, And I 'd never forget rules, thats a big Deal!! Soo, do you see them???
